Family friendly, theatrical Recital
This is not your routine recital...
Our Youngest students will sit in the audience. The front row in the audience is reserved for our youngest students and one parent. We find sitting in the audience and enjoying the performance with a parent in between performing on stage creates a positive, successful and FUN experience for our youngest students.
Dance with a side of theater! All of our classes will work together to create a themed production. In 2022, our magically themed Harry Potter recital introduced our audience to the magical world of Harry Potter. In 2023, our ART recital introduced famous artists and paintings enhanced with our dancers to the audience. In 2024 we went to the movies- dancing AND introducing movies old and new, famous producers, fun movie trivia and more!
Recital is OPTIONAL. Although for planning purposes we will need to know by November 1st if your child will participate in recital. Students who will not be participating in recital are encouraged to join us through the last day of classes in April/May to enjoy a full dance season experience.
