It's Showtime!
It's our show now, kid. The ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in Beetlejuice JR., the frightfully funny musical based on the beloved motion picture turned Broadway phenomenon. Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.
With music and lyrics by Tony Award-nominee Eddie Perfect and a book by Tony Award-nominated pair Anthony King and Scott Brown, Beetlejuice was nominated for eight 2019 Tony Awards including Best New Musical. A viral "sucks-yes" on social media, this musical struck a chord with young theatre lovers who adored its unabashed humor and emotional honesty.
Created for the generation that made it a hit, Beetlejuice JR. is a wacky theatrical party for all!

- Please know AWH will not turn anyone away due to financial hardship. We are passionate about and dedicated to making the arts available to all interested. There is a space on the registration form to request a partial scholarship. Due to AWH being a small business and the stress providing scholarships puts on our finances- parents of students who do not receive the FES-UA or PEP scholarships will be prioritized.
At Arts with Heart we are passionate about
- providing performing arts training and performing opportunities where performers will learn, grow, thrive and soar!
- creating an ASD inclusive and sensory-friendly environment. We support individual's needs- ASD, sensory, other special needs, and "neurotypical"! We work purposefully to create a judgement-free, positive energy, creative, and encouraging environment that creates a safe space for our students to thrive and flourish.
Please note- students who need one on one assistance are welcome and encouraged to join! We request a " shadow" - a one on one helper- provided by the family. Helper can be an older sibling, parent or hired helper. This will ensure all the children in the cast receive the attention and assistance needed to thrive and succeed.
